Lockdown and coronaviruses have changed the rotine of youth and other individuals and their sitting has increased due to which diseases are increasing in the youth. obesity among young people is increasing due to long sitting and work from home . obesity, which is also called the home of diseases, has also increased due to lockdown and coronavirus.

Distance from proper routines and traditional catering stressful work and depression intoxication had many youths already at risk of serious illnesses, but the risk of illnesses from lockdown and work from home has increased. the main reason for this is the lack of coordination between the home office, sitting for long periods of time, drinking less water and heavy diet and decreased physical activity.


Sleep problem is also increasing among the youth due to walk from home due to which the fear of diseases is more !



youth are not ready to be bound by any routine or rules. due to which their sleep is being affected. this changes the sleeping routine of individuals . day night shift  lay biological clock deteriorates. there is no set time to get up from the same work from home . in many types of research, it has been observed that there is a lack of sleep in the youth after lockdown. due to which physical mental problems are increasing in youth youngsters are unable to get the required sleep, they must take at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

Change the way of you sit



  if you do work from home, during this time you should not consume junk food at all. it is high in calories and obesity also increases . if you are intoxicated, them this is the best time for addication. at such times, you can get rid of your drug problem. work is an office from home like sitting on a table - chair. every half hour you get up from your chair and move around and drink water.

Include local and seasonal items in the diet



All young people in the world should eat more traditional local and seasonal things. go for Gooseberry, spinech bathua leafy things now. eat local things inside your food like rice and dal- roti, curd, buttermilk, rabri etc. you have to try that traditional and local things are important where you live. local and traditional food helps protect you from diseases.

Non-physical activities are also the main reason




Physical activities are very important for our body, it keeps our health right. but due to work from home, the routine of almost all the people has deteriorated, all of them are unable to pay attention to their body due to overwork. the right routine keeps changing from the first office. these things have decreased due to work from home. exercise is very good for our health. non-exercise increases metabolicism and it increases obesity hypertension type to diabets bone related diseases.

Some tips for health



1. We should exercise for 45 minutes and we should do exercise morning.

2. Do at least 30 minutes of medition every day. meditation gives us relief from stress depression and other mental illnesses.

3. you must sleep 7-8 hours daily, if you are not able to sleep for 7-8 hours at night, then you must have sleep during the day.

4. 5 minite walk reduces smoking cue acording to uk research.
